Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
• The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products with tampered or broken seals
• Orders returned without prior approval

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product).

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within the specified timeframe.
